I have booked this hotel many times and strongly recommend it. I am so glad I chose to stay here for 14 days. the food was delicious, and the location was peaceful. There are shopping malls nearby, including a large one right next door.

The location was particularly good, for example, Taman Impian Jaya Ancol was not too far away from the hotel. This property was in an easily accessible area close to shopping malls, restaurants, and other areas such as Premium Lounge with great services.

Every taxi driver know the hotel. Transjakarta bus service just outside the door. Close to amusement park Ancol with the impressive Sea World. Nice spacy rooms with a great view to city and sea.

This time round I got a nice room facing the pond....

The bathroom, basin and toilet bowl needs to be replaced as they are old...if possible do a simple renovation....??

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to many places within a 15-minute grab ride, including a large mall and the toll road nearby. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the pool which was awesome. I also loved the breakfast spread that had a lot of choices. The staff were nice and helpful, making my stay even better.

Wash room and shower is bad for an international hotel like Novotel.... Cupboards unable to slide properly, hosekeeping forgot to replace large towels and small tissues box is not practical.....

Wash room and shower.....choke and flushing plumbing systems are bad....also defective lighting not replaced...

When we arrived they made us waiting for 40minutes to check in Although we waited for long time, they said now only teo rooms are available, the third room needs to be clean , so after 30 min we will send you the keys, then no one has came until I went to the reception to get they keys, because the guy who was hellping us has gone

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a shopping mall with a wide selection of restaurants and shops. The room was stylish, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff here were exceptional, they were always prompt in attending to any of my requests. The swimming pool was large and perfect for relaxing. The overall service and customer service were top-notch.

In terms of recommendations, I would highly recommend this hotel for families. The facilities and services provided, such as room service, car hire, laundry, and babysitting, make it a convenient and comfortable choice for traveling with children.

The hotel location is good for shooping fron manga dua square mall

I asked for non smooking room and we got it but the room is fully smooking smell which made my stay unconfortable

Ac is toooooo bad... But it to 5 Deg and Hi, yet is still humid and hot

Clean hotel, super-friendly personnel, good breakfast. Impeccably clean and well renovated room overlooking the pool. Comfortable bedroom, really really nice experience and late check-out. Fantastic meal and amazing service. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Good location, 15 minutes' walk to Taman Impian Jaya Ancol.
